After three weeks, when you take them out to clean them you should put them back in for another three weeks following the same cleanliness as before. Once the six week mark comes, you can replace your studs with earrings of your choice. It is a good idea to still wear your starter studs at night for another couple of weeks. Plus, you should still continue to clean your earrings and your ears twice a day.
